Acknowledgment means giving space to your experience without judgment. It’s the moment you can say, “I am tired.” “I feel stuck.” “I need support.”
You stop hiding from what is real.
In Qigong practice, acknowledgment happens when you observe energy blockages or emotional resistance with kindness. When you move through “Lift Qi Up, Pour Qi Down,”you might feel tension in your shoulders or a heaviness in your heart. Instead of pushing it away, you keep practicing and moving through it. You allow it to be there.

3. Acceptance – Allowing the Present Moment

Accountability asks:
