.
Farinaz was born in Persia, she started taking violin lessons at the age of nine. When she was 18 years old, she received a scholarship to go to the conservatory in Brussels and after 2 years she continued her studies in Maastricht with Nilla Pierou. In 1982 Farinaz obtained her U.M. diploma and since September 1982 she has been working with Het Gelders Orkest, where she still plays with great love and pleasure. Music has always been her passion, and her professional career at the same time, giving her fulfilment from within.
Zhineng Qigong helps her to maintain good health, reduce stress, feel more connected with everything and be more grounded. It also helps her with her musical career, the intensity and tension that comes with it on a physical and psychological level. Zhineng Qigong offers her wonderful tools to find balance and strength from within.
Over the years she often witnessed fellow musicians experiencing extreme pain while playing their instrument due to the unnatural body posture it required. She started sharing some of the methods she learned during her training as a Hunyuan Qi Therapist and was positively surprised how it helped many of them to overcome their problems.
Today she happily shares her knowledge and skills with anyone who is open to it. By teaching them powerful and easy-to-apply methods that helps them to open up to life energy and improve the Qi flow within the body, she empowers them to eliminate painful blockages, manage stress and tension during performances.
Farinaz shares:
“The possibility of transformation Zhineng Qigong practice provides is enourmous, but you have to experience this yourself! It requires practice, discipline, belief and the willingness to overcome challenges.”
