When and how was the Huaxia Medicineless Hospital founded?

In a scenic spot in Yan mountain area of the North-west of Qinhuangdao City lies a remarkable sanctuary that many consider to be more than just a school and more than just a hospital. A place of true healing and transformation. This is the HauXia Zhineng Qigong Center, a holistic institution that unites teaching, rehabilitation, and scientific research into a harmonious hole. Its founder is the renowned Qigong scholar, Associate Professor Pang ming.

In 1979, inspired by the spirit of The third plenary session of the 11th central committee, teacher Pang Ming responded to the needs of the time by delving deeply into the strict traditions of Qigong, researching them, and practicing them repeatedly. In the early 1980s, he developed and created Zhineng Qigong, a practice intended to serve socialism and benefit the general public. In November 1988, teacher Pang Ming traveled by himself to Shijiazhuang, and founded Zhineng Qigong Training Center institute from scratch. At that time, society neither understood nor recognized Qigong and there were many prejudices and misunderstandings.

In its early days, Zhineng Qigong withstood pressure and interference from many sectors of society. It also began to address problems within the qigong community itself such as sectarianism, click formation, feudalism, superstition, as well as tendencies to oversimplify, vulgarize, mystify Qigong, or treat it merely as a commodity. The focus shifted from large-scale Qigong activities for disease prevention and fitness to community-based scientific research on Qigong, which concentrated on various practical applications. The HuaXia Zhineng Qigong Training Institute developed into the HuaXia Zhineng Qigong Center which integrated teaching, rehabilitation and scientific research into a holistic unit.

Zhineng Qigong has always upheld the leadership of the party and followed the correct path passing the test of party policies, scientific scrutiny and the trust of the people. Today exactly 10 years have passed. These 10 years have been a decade in which teacher Pang led the Qigong practitioners, took advantage of the wave of reform and opening up, overcame obstacles and pioneered with dedication. It was a remarkable decade of tireless and dedicated progress, courage for innovation and scientific advancement of Zhineng Qigong, which reached new heights and achieved a wealth of rich results.

It was also 10 years of unwavering loyalty to the party of enduring hardships and burdens as well as making significant contributions to the cause of socialist modernization and to health and to the well-being of the people. Through 10 years full of trials and challenges, the scientifically developed and advanced exercise series became widely disseminated. A completely new scientific theory of Qigong was established, transforming traditional Qigong into the Zhineng Qigong Science. Zhineng Qigong breaks through the limitations of traditional Qigong from the era of small-scale peasant production and emerges as a new form of Qigong was developed in the socialist era.

Guided by Marxism philosophy, it is a new Qigong that rejects superstition and advocates science. Zhineng Qigong is committed to serving the cause of socialist modernization and the well-being of the people. It does not pursue the illusory goal of becoming immortal or attaining Buddhahood. Instead, it emphasizes practices that benefit people's physical and mental health as well as the nation's prosperity and the people's livelihood.

It is a form of Qigong that integrates both internal and external Qi cultivation and It is taught through the method of creating a strong collective energy field. This makes it an extremely effective practice that is easily accessible to the public. Over the past 10 years, it has become widespread in society and has developed the three-step method. Pangqiwan Ding, Shinqing, Chongqang, and Wuan Chuang have been popularized.

In addition, practitioners have been trained in the Sanhin Bing, Jang Chuang, Shu Jing, Tao Yin method, and the eight methods of Qi cultivation. With the exception of Tibet, Chinghai, Ningia, and Fujian, this has taken place in 26 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions. Jinang Chiong organizations have been established under the leadership of local party and government authorities. Zhineng Qigong organizations have also been established in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

There are more than 3. 87 million people who practice regularly. Zhineng Qigong has already crossed the borders of China and reached the entire world. It has been introduced and spread in countries such as the United States, Japan, and several Southeast Asian nations.

What is the Hunyuan Qi collective energy field theory?

The creation of the collective energy field is one of Master Pang Ming's great innovations. Zhineng Qigong uses the method of the collective energy field for teaching, healing, and scientific research. It integrates transmission through the heart, verbal instructions, and practical demonstrations. Qigong teachers merge their own qi with the original Qi of nature and the collective Qi through focused intention of the people and the environment in space.

Thus creating a unified field of original energy. This field is extremely beneficial for practice, healing, and scientific research. It fundamentally transforms the traditional closed one-to-one transmission between master and student in Qigong and makes it possible to teach and heal thousands or even tens of thousands at the same time. The creation of a collective energy field meets our current needs, harnesses the power of the community and has now become a practice adopted by many schools under the guidance of dialectical and historical materialism.

Teacher Pang Ming has harmoniously integrated the rational elements of traditional Qigong theories including the Taoist concept of primordial qi, the Buddhist theory of consciousness, the medical theories of Qi transformation and meridians as well as the Confucius' principles of ethics by integrating modern scientific achievements. He established the Hunyuan holistic theory, whose principles are based on Hunyuan Qi and which is characterized by the distinction between yin and yang as well as the differentiation of the five elements. Hunyuan qi permeates the entire universe and flows through all levels of matter and can serve both as a driving force and as raw material for the transformation and movement of various substances. It is an even more subtle and refined substance than sound, light, electricity, magnetism or gravity.

A completely new and unique form of matter that cannot yet be detected by any current scientific instruments. Consciousness is the activity and process of the highest level of hunyuan Qi. Practicing Zhineng Qigong means actively and purposefully directing your consciousness inward gradually developing the ability to perceive, master, mobilize and utilize hunyuan Qi. This practice allows you to gather it so that it forms substance and to disperse it so that it becomes Qi.

Since the Hunyuan Qi of The human body encompasses all the essential qualities of life, when this qi is abundant, all bodily functions are strengthened and a wide variety of illnesses can be regulated and treated. And the goals of holistic well-being, disease prevention and treatment as well as the The development of intelligence can be achieved. This is the theoretical basis for why Zhineng Qigong does not use dialectical application or dialectical treatment. Teacher Pang's Qigong teachings have been compiled into a series of 17 textbooks and Qigong monographs totaling over 4 million words and published.

These include works such as Qigong exploration compendium, Zhineng Qigong, the scientific theoretical foundation of Zhineng Qigong, the Hunyuan Holistic theory, and Zhineng Qigong Science and Technology Extraordinary Intelligences. These publications have established a solid theoretical foundation for the development of traditional Qigong and for the scientific advancement of Zhineng Qigong. The theories and practices of Zhineng Qigong have gained wide recognition in all sectors of society and have attracted the attention of relevant leaders. Zhineng Qigong stood out among thousands of other Qigong methods and was the first to be included in the compendium of Chinese sports and fitness methods.

This made it the very first Qigong practice to be recognized by both the leading group for the evaluation of fitness Qigong of the state sports administration as well as by experts. 10 years full of trials and challenges. Through practice, more and more people have realized that Qigong not only strengthens the body and promotes well-being, but also addresses a variety of complex and serious illnesses. It can lead to healing resulting in numerous medical miracles.

This has provided valuable experience and laid the foundation for researching a community-based medical model of Zhineng Qigong. With the progress of society and scientific advancement, a wide variety of cuttingedge medical devices have emerged, diagnostic instruments and pharmaceutical materials have emerged, causing medical expenses to multiply many times over, even by a 100 fold. The health care systems of our country and even those of developed nations worldwide are facing a severe crisis. Society is calling for and people are longing for a medical model that is affordable, as painless as possible, and highly effective.

The community-based medical model of Qigong has emerged in response to this need, bringing hope and well-being to humanity by effectively eliminating diseases. In the past 10 years, the Qigong Rehabilitation Center has recorded more than 200,000 patients from all over the country. Most of these patients were difficult chronic cases who had already tried various medical treatments in hospitals and spent significant amounts of money. However, they experienced hardly any improvement.

As they saw no other way out and had lost hope of being cured, they entrusted their last glimmer of hope for recovery to the Qigong Rehabilitation Center. As soon as many patients arrive at the Qigong rehabilitation center, the confusion, fear, and The disappointment they felt in hospitals immediately began to dissipate and fade away. The teachers greet them with warm, gentle smiles as if they are welcoming party members. And the very first words They hear, "It's good that you're here."

Everywhere you see harmonious, joyful smiles and the warmest blessings. Illnesses disappear, dissolve, are healed, and become completely cured.

What was the daily practice and healing routine at the Huaxia center?

At 5:30 in the morning, accompanied by the resounding wakeup call and the melody of the East is read, the students quickly get up, wash themselves, grab their folding stools, and with the older ones helping and looking after the younger ones, head to their respective practice areas. By 5:45, the entire center is filled with the sounds of pushing, pulling, opening, and closing. This is how a new day begins at the center. The implementation of group-based therapeutic education is a distinctive feature of Zhineng Qigong healing.

This includes thoroughly explaining the unique characteristics and effectiveness of Zhineng Qigong in treating various illnesses, helping students to let go of mental burdens and guiding them to trust that Chinang Chiong can heal their own ailments. There is also an encouraging therapeutic approach that inspires students to gather their energy, practice diligently and consistently, mobilize their inner initiative and overcome illnesses. Additionally, there is a transformative, therapeutic approach that encourages each student to create a beautiful environment and cultivate a joyful mindset always thinking, speaking and acting positively. To promote the rapid recovery of body and mind, the rehabilitation center makes full use of the enthusiasm of party members, youth league members, class representatives, family members and forms a therapeutic network based on thorough political and ideological work.

In this way, a collective energy field is created that supports the healing and well-being of all members. Group practice and teaching Qigong are the main methods for healing through Qigong. By mastering techniques such as holding and pouring down Qi, the three centers, standing meditation, walking meditation, as well as smaller exercises like drawing Qi, expanding Qi, and wall squatting, one acquires the most fundamental means of self-empowerment in overcoming illness. Through diligent and consistent practice, you can directly experience the benefits such as the outward flow of inner Qi, the absorption of external Qi inward, the stretching and strengthening of tendons and bones, the regulation of Qi flow, and the expulsion of illness.

With regular and dedicated practice, you can gradually raise your level of Qigong and achieve a state of emptiness, clarity, purity, and openness. In this Qigong state, you will become more receptive to the guidance and information from the teacher. If you believe that you can heal, you will heal. If you believe that you can return to normal, you will achieve complete recovery.

Organizing collective group research activities is a central and important method for effectively using Zhineng Qigong for healing. From the very moment each individual student comes into contact with Zhineng Qigong, they are encouraged to conduct their own personal experiments, such as carefully testing the lengthening and shortening of their fingers or feeling the flow of Qi between their hands through the opening and closing movements. Everyone is encouraged to experiment for themselves. You can reconnect sliced cucumbers, fruits, or vegetables.

You can make garlic cloves planted at the same time grow a bit faster and stronger while the control group grows more slowly and weekly. Say you can make flowers and plants bloom earlier and more abundantly or on the contrary, prevent them from blooming so that they become weak or wither. You can even soften a stainless steel spoon and twist it into a spiral. The truly amazing results of these practical experiments inspire confidence and a strong determination to overcome illnesses.

Creating a beautiful environment and fostering a harmonious joyful atmosphere so that every student lives happily at every moment is one of the wonderful methods of Zhineng Qigong. The rehabilitation center encourages every student to become strong and to joyfully focus on three things. Eat well, sleep well, and practice Qigong well. Eating means enjoying meals that have been infused with positive energy by the teachers.

The food is hot, fragrant, and full of rich Hunyuan Qi. Good food and drink help drive away all illnesses. Sleeping means that the dormitories are bright and clean. The beds are tidy and hygienic, creating a fresh and invigorating environment for everyone.

On doors, windows, and above the beds, everywhere you look, you see joyful messages like, "I am healed, recovered, and happy." All filled with positive affirmations. Truly, when we leave the dormatory to practice diligently, we eliminate all illnesses. And when we return, we feel connected with the Hunyuan spirit filled with joy and lightness.

On the practice grounds, everything we hear, see, and even say is filled with the most uplifting messages that constantly encourage us. Every group activity begins with a moment of joy and laughter. Here, there are no differences in status, no differences in profession, no regional boundaries, and no cultural barriers. Even the concepts of age and gender fade away, creating a vibrant field full of joy and laughter, where smiles dissolve all discomfort.

The energy in the lower limbs is abundant, flows smoothly, and enhances openness and clarity. The feet are full of vitality. Regulating the group field energy is a unique Qigong technique for healing various illnesses. Pain and discomfort gradually dissolve and fade away.

Teachers use spoken language and silent intention to mobilize the purest, most concentrated hunyuan qi from the universe as well as hunyuan Qi from people, objects, and the environment. They merge these energies into a harmonious, joyful field, a powerful energy field that dissolves ailments and direct this hunyuan qi specifically to the areas where the students need it most. When the students immerse themselves in such a field and succeed in reaching a state of relaxation, calm, naturalness and a meditative Qigong state in which the hands feel both present and absent at the same time and the mind is gently relaxed. They can resonate with the teacher's intention.

This alignment makes it possible for intention to guide the flow of Qi. And as the Qi flows, illnesses are miraculously resolved. In healing practice, teachers and supporting students have also developed a variety of dynamic and popular group energy methods such as the great energy roof, the health express, the small Hunyuan Qi circle, the swinging pendulum as well as hunyuan tunnels and hunyuan spiritual formations. These are formed by hundreds or even thousands of people.

These innovative approaches to group energy work and Qi regulation bring joy and effectiveness to the healing process. During these activities, participants are able to fully relax, allowing their illnesses to subside, improve, or even be completely healed. Despite his busy schedule, teacher Pang takes the time to shake hands with every participant and take photos. He offers each and every person his most sincere and heartfelt blessings along with his very best intentions.

This is truly the most inspiring and deeply heartfelt moment. Teacher Pang's warm handshake leaves every participant with the most positive energy and unforgettable cherished memories.

How did the Medicineless Hospital verify patient recoveries without medicine?

From the 4th to the 6th of December 1979, theQigong branch of the Zhineng Qigong Science Research Association held the first Zhineng Qigong Anti-Cancer Star Conference at the Rehabilitation Center. A total of 132 former patients participated, all of whom had practiced Qigong and remained cancer-free for more than 3 years. The oldest was 83 years old and the youngest was just 12. In October 1992, Luinqing from Bediao village, Shimanangji, Huning County, experienced unbearable pain in his liver.

After examinations at the first people's hospital of Chinang Dao City and a subsequent diagnosis at the PLA 281 hospital, he was diagnosed with liver cancer with a tumor measuring 14x30 by 11 cm. He then underwent chemotherapy at the Tyanjin Cancer Hospital followed by a right hypatic lobectomy. One month after the operation, an ultrasound examination revealed that a new cancerous tumor measuring 2. 7 by 2.

3 cm had appeared at the remaining edge of the liver. The patients family and the patient himself refused to continue treatment at the hospital. On the 1st of April of the same year, they came to the rehabilitation department to receive intelligent Qigong therapy. On the 26th of April, just 26 days later, an ultrasound examination at the 48th Naval Hospital showed no abnormalities in the liver.

Liu liver cancer was cured. Meanwhile, 6 years have passed without any recurrence. He is healthy, achieves excellent academic results, and has already been recognized twice as an outstanding student. Shu Jong Shun, former deputy party secretary of Capital Normal University and renowned educator, said, "On October 4th, I was diagnosed with a malignant lymphoma at a hospital in Beijing.

At that time, the biopsy classified it as what is known as a diffuse non-hodkin lymphoma. Among all lymphas, this is considered the most severe form and it was already at stage two. The doctors developed a treatment plan for me. But after completing the first round, my body completely collapsed.

I could no longer speak, eat, or walk. Since there was nothing more they could do for me, they transferred me to a hospital for traditional Chinese medicine. After a consultation, what did they say to me? They told me quite frankly that if I left the hospital through the back door, my time would be short.

Since neither western nor Chinese medicine could help me, I began my journey to fight cancer with Qigong. I watched Master Pangs Qigong demonstration and practiced meditation at the same time. But the more I practiced, the more I noticed a slight improvement. And little by little, I began to feel a bit more confident.

In this spirit, I wrote a few lines back then. My heart is like the morning sun. My body is strong as a diamond. Righteousness defeats evil.

So why should I be afraid of cancer? The upright energy of good people can grant me health as pure as the clouds, as steadfast as the pine tree. Throughout all the years of arduous struggle, I have delved deeply into Professor Pang's theories and I have diligently practiced the exercises and then a miracle truly happened to me. In the past seven or eight years, I have undergone checkups and there has been no sign whatsoever of the cancer returning.

My health is truly remarkable now. Good, isn't it? Now, not only can I climb mountains, but I also continue to practice the exercises. In addition, I have contributed a lot to society and to others.

That's how things are now. At the official opening of the 94th session at the rehabilitation center, Chung Chin Yin, who is the wife of Ge Shi-ping, the deputy secretary of the party committee of Hefe City, delivered a report. Deputy Secretary Ge Shi-ping was saved in April of the year 1999. Ge Shi-ping suddenly became seriously ill and lost consciousness.

The initial treatment at the hospital was ineffective. Therefore, he was transferred to a renowned hospital in Shanghai. A team of distinguished experts was assembled and diagnosed him with viral menitis. After more than 100 days of emergency treatment and expenses exceeding 300,000 UN, the conclusion was that the chances of improvement were extremely slim.

Even if he were to recover, he would remain in a vegetative state. During the emergency treatment, the family was notified four times that his condition was critical. In this situation, a Zhineng Qigong teacher used the method of field energy regulation to help Ge Shi-ping regain full consciousness. And on August 12th, he was admitted to the Zhineng Qigong Rehabilitation Center for treatment.

Through practicing and regulating energy at the center, his mind became clear. His movements returned to normal and his illness was completely cured. At a conference with more than 3,000 participants, Deputy Secretary Ge Shi-ping spoke with great emotion. After I recovered from my illness, it caused quite a stir throughout the entire province.

When our provincial party secretary received some important foreign guests, he introduced me to them and said, "Ge Shi-ping was healed through the practice of Qigong." When comrade Lyun Fan, member of the standing committee of the political bureau of the central committee of the Communist Party of China and chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference visited Aneur Provincial Party Secretary reported to him. He also told Chairman Lee saying Xiing was healed through Qigong. Liao Yuan 6 years old.

He suffered from chromosomal abnormalities, intellectual disability, could not close his mouth and drooled constantly. He had difficulty walking and a speech disorder. There were no cases either domestically or abroad where this disease had been cured. His grandmother is an intelligence worker and every year she takes little Liao Yuan to the rehabilitation center for 2 months of treatment.

This year something wonderful happened. He can now recognize people, speak, walk safely, enjoys playing games, and has even learned to do exercises. Take a close look. Does he still really seem like a child with a severe intellectual disability to you?

Especially now after you have observed him more closely and seen his true potential come to light. According to a survey conducted by the office for retired cadres of Shangan, the Hubei Health Bureau and a public medical institution in Hainan, the medical expenses among 500 retired cadres before practicing Qigong amounted to a total of approximately 768,000 UN. However, after practicing, the expenses dropped to just 127,000 UN, which is a savings of approximately 83% overall. A decade of medical practice has convincingly demonstrated that learning and practicing Zhineng Qigong is indeed an effective, rapid, high-quality, and cost-efficient method of healing.

Those who have benefited unanimously praise it. Learning and practicing Zhineng Qigong spares our suffering and relieves the burden on families. It saves on medical expenses, cures illnesses, strengthens body and mind, and brings well-being to the community. A decade of dedicated Qigong Medical Practice has clearly demonstrated to society that the Qigong rehabilitation center as well as Qigong practice sites located throughout the country consistently employ methods such as practicing and teaching Qigong within a strong and supportive energy field, regulating Qi within this field and using the field for healing to support recovery and transformation.

Patients must develop a strong and unwavering belief in Zhineng Qigong and pursue better health through a consistently positive attitude. The power of the energy field. Dedicated and regular practice. Ongoing scientific research and mindful application in daily life.

What scientific research was conducted on Zhineng Qigong?

Through 10 years filled with trials and perseverance, we have left shining traces on the rocky path to the summit of human science. Much like climbing Mount Everest, Zhineng Qigong is a science that uses extraordinary consciousness to reinterpret and transform the world, a cutting-edge complex field of knowledge. This requires everyone involved in the practice and study of Zhineng Qigong to adopt a scientific attitude, methods, and awareness from the very beginning. This includes the cycle of practice, understanding, further practice, and deeper understanding.

We are committed to ensuring that everyone participates in scientific experiments because across the country scientific experiments are spontaneously and consciously being conducted at the grassroots level. There are experiments aimed at increasing the yield of wheat, rice, millet and cotton. experiments to get apple and pear trees to bear more and higher quality fruit, as well as attempts to accelerate pig fattening, increase egg production in chickens, and boost milk yield in dairy cows. Tens of thousands of grassroots scientific research activities have deepened people's understanding and awareness of the objective existence of Hunyuan Qi.

With great foresight, teacher Pang Ming began offering free advanced training courses for experts and professors in June of the same year. To date, 49 courses have been held, training more than 3,200 experts and professors from over 100 disciplines. These highly educated individuals, now empowered, have become the main force and pioneers in the scientific work of Zhineng Qigong. Since its establishment, the Zhineng Qigong Center has held six academic exchange conferences and received a total of 4,224 scientific research papers.

The experts and professors personally lead and participate in scientific experiments on Zhineng Qigong, thereby strengthening the scientific rigor, credibility, and authority of the research work. The applied research in clinical medicine is quite diverse, covers a very wide range, includes numerous case studies, and clearly demonstrates significant statistical validity. For example, in the most recent therapeutic results with Zhineng Qigong, 47,800 participants were treated with the studies documenting over 1,000 cases across 11 diseases and more than 100 cases involving 42 different types of illnesses. For difficult diseases in modern medicine such as malignant tumors, diabetes, coronary heart disease, and hypertension, there are clinical efficacy observations and experimental basic research.

Associate Professor Hang Jang and others from the Qigong Academy of the People's Community studied the effect of external Qi field from Zhineng Qigong on tumor microirculation in living organisms. Associate Professor Lee May, Master Yung, and other researchers diligently used flow cytometry to thoroughly study the profound effects of Zhineng Qigong on the DNA synthesis and the cell cycle of human liver cancer cells. Professor Yan Yhiao and colleagues from ZhinengAcademy of the People's Community studied the effects of healing field of Zhineng Qigong on the adhesion of lymphocytes to endothelial cells. Professor Baywen, formerly of the West China University for Medical Community and Associate Professor Jangpingua, studied the effects of Zhineng Qigong on human red blood cells and cellular immune function in the autologous circulation.

Rang Tong Ji and five colleagues from the Institute of Aerospace Medical Technology studied the effects of Qigong training on improving adaptation to medium and long-term simulated weightlessness. Their results showed a statistically significant improvement after Qigong training and further demonstrated that Zhineng Qigong is superior to conventional training and other Qigong methods. A wealth of scientific papers by experts and professors ranging from studies on biomacro molecules and cells to experiments on animal organisms and various levels of the human body have shown that the external Qi of Zhineng Qigong has positive effects on intracellular DNA, genetic material as well as on brain function, cardiopulmonary function blood he microcirculation system, the endocrine system and the immune system. Significant effects have also been clearly demonstrated in successfullykilling bacteria, effectively reducing both inflammation and pain, further strengthening the body's immunity against various toxins, actively combating the development of cancer.

Year after year, a total of 1,723 agricultural science research papers have been submitted covering crops, livestock, edible mushrooms, aquaculture, and more. These studies span 20 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions. Some experiments have been conducted continuously for up to 6 years. Examples include the yield improvement experiments with 10,000 lu corn and 150,000 lu wheat in Anyang, Hinan, as well as the 88,000 LU wheat experiment by the Ping Agricultural Institute.

The yield increase generally ranges between 10 and 20%. The freshwater aquaculture farm in Puning County, Hebbor with intelligent Qigong Century to apply energy to their tilapia production and achieved an excellent harvest with a 12% increase in yield. Kao Chining, a senior aronomist and nationally recognized expert explained that the intelligent external energy technology increases crop yields, requires only minimal investment, and brings significant benefits. It is simple and easy to implement.

and is excellent for large-scale application in the areas of plant growth, development, biological effects, genetic breeding, and the mechanisms behind yield improvement. Lee Chining, recipient of the National Invention Award for Science and Technology, as well as the National Special Award for Teaching Achievements and also a wheat breeding expert at Shanghai Agricultural University and his team conducted experiments on the effects of external energy on photosynthesis. Maveshi Lu Ping Wang, Lang Yilan and other party members of the intelligent Qigong team at Guangjin Agricultural University have also conducted preliminary studies on experiments involving the transformation of rice. Guang Jin Rang from West Chinangen Medical University has conducted experiments over several years on the effects of intelligent external energy on rice yield and nutrient content, consistently observing the positive effects and benefits of energy treatment in all cases.

Not only did the rice yield increase, but the levels of protein, fat, calcium, iron, riboflavin, and other nutrients were also significantly enhanced. In addition, it contained beneficial components such as ascorbic acid, which are normally not found in ordinary rice. In the industrial sector, more than 300 scientific research studies have shown that the external energy of Zhineng Qigong can alter the internal structure and function of inanimate materials. Professor Lee Seon Hang and others at Harbin Engineering University conducted experimental research on the effects of intelligent Qigong energy on increasing the strength and hardness of low alloy steel.

Their results showed that the yield strength increased by 5. 18% to 11. 1%. The tensile strength increased by 7.

06% to 10. 6% and the elongation improved by 13. 3% to 17. 2%.

Thus, the mechanical properties of low alloy steel were improved. Tests conducted by the Institute for Zhineng Qigong Research on the effect of external Qigong energy on the bending of steel showed that under a load of 150 grams, the Qigong energy increased the deflection by 40 micrometers. At the North Chengen Pharmaceutical Factory, Kaijongping and his team used external Qigong energy in production and mutation processes. They successfully cultivated new high-yield strains number 04 and number 187.

In the field of education, scientific research experiments conducted on dozens of students from kindergarten to university, including students with hearing impairments, have achieved comprehensive development in moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic aspects. Shanghai New Century Middle School, a private school, had a ninth grade class made up of students who had failed the entrance exams for the top middle schools. Through consistent practice of intelligent Qigong, their academic performance steadily improved for several consecutive years. Their average scores in district-wide exams surpassed those of the top students and ranked first in the entire district.

46 students successfully joined the Communist Youth League and in 1995 the students were recognized as an advanced collective unit in Shanghai. In the 1996 entrance examination 66. 6% of the class advanced to a key high school achieving a 100% promotion rate. The work of Hang Lang and others from Jangshi Medical College on the effects of Zhineng Qigong on celebratory CEDA values was awarded at the international symposium on ethnome medicine and technology of the world congress for integrated Chinese and western medicine.

Professor Lie Kong Hong's experiments with external qi, which improved the tensile strength of paper and increased the strength of low alloy steel were selected for the world excellence and the encyclopedia of practical scientific and technological achievements. Two papers by Guan Chinang Gao and associate professor Xian Shuen from the Zhineng Academy of the People's Community as well as works by Yuan Biwen and Jangping Hua from the West Chinang Medical University and Tian Yuan Ming from the Rehabilitation Center were presented at the fourth international academic conference on medical Qigong and included in the conference proceedings. Lee Jangi's Zhineng Qigong at the Ducking Six Petroleum Depo Primary School benefited both teachers and students. In addition, five papers including a brief discussion on the integration of education and Qigong by Shuen Ru and Wang Boling received first prize at the second national academic seminar on Qigong applications in primary and secondary schools.

Over the past 10 years, more than 4,000 dedicated and diligently written works by practitioners of Zhineng Qigong have demonstrated tremendous impact in various fields such as medicine, agriculture, industry, and education. These achievements have proven to people that Zhineng Qigong is an advanced science and that the extraordinary techniques of Zhineng Qigong represent advanced scientific technology and productive forces.

Did the Medicineless Hospital treat drug addiction?

Through years of challenges and growth, we have closely followed the directives of the central government and responded to the calls of the state. In doing so, we have played a supportive role in building both the material and spiritual civilization of our socialist society. Since the founding of the Zhineng Qigong School, teacher Pang Ming has always made it a priority to actively seek and accept the leadership of the party and the government and to consciously participate in the concerns and responsibilities of the party and the nation. In 1990, in support of the Asian Games held in Beijing, Teacher Pang volunteered to give lectures and make donations.

Together with the center, a total of 260,000 UN was contributed. In 1993, during the table tennis world championships in Tianin, teacher Pang once again donated all of his prize money to support the event. In 1998, the Jangzi, Nanjang, and Rong basins were struck by a once- in a century flood. The Zhineng Qigong community showed sincere solidarity with the people in the disaster-stricken areas, and all teachers and students together donated 108,000 yen.

In December 1994, at the academic exchange conference and representative training session at the Zhineng Qigong Center, teacher Pang Ming proposed a new approach for the development of Zhineng Qigong and encouraged the leaders of Zhineng Qigong organizations from various provinces and cities to participate in poverty alleviation initiatives. The Zhineng Qigong organization in Shijuang, Hibi took the lead in poverty alleviation efforts in the impoverished mountainous regions of the city. In November 1996, the Zhineng Qigong Rehabilitation Center sent teachers to Pingluo Shanhi to assist with poverty alleviation. Zhineng Qigong brought healing to the mountain villages, overcame illnesses, and demonstrated remarkable power with many miracles occurring.

Paralyzed people stood up and walked. People with severely hunched backs straightened up, and people who were deaf and mute began to speak. After learning Zhineng Qigong, the social atmosphere also changed. Family disputes were resolved.

Arguments and conflicts became rare. Superstition and charlatanry disappeared and gambling as well as theft decreased. It was warmly embraced by the broader farming community and attracted widespread attention. The Zhineng Qigong Center successively sent more than 160 people to revolutionary old areas and national poverty-stricken counties such as Shingu and Ding Nan in Djangi Juki and Hongan in Hube Fengun, Yanan and Chinglong in Hai as well as Pinglu in Shangshi to provide support and teach Qigong to over 40,000 people.

More than 250,000 people received Qi regulation and healing treatments. Organized Zhineng Qigong activities for poverty alleviation were launched successively across the country. According to incomplete statistics, at least 19 counties, cities, and districts, 54 localQigong organizations, and over 800 individuals have directly participated in poverty alleviation, held Qigong courses for more than 80,000 people, and provided Qi regulation and healing treatments for over 720,000 people. Poverty alleviation through Zhineng Qigong it has opened up a new path to address the lack of medical care and medication in poor mountainous regions and it is also our honorable and unwavering historical mission as Qigong practitioners.

Teacher Pang attached great importance to the outstanding results achieved by two individuals who came to the center to overcome their drug addiction and made significant progress within a month. To understand the effectiveness of Zhineng Qigong in overcoming addiction, teachers were sent to Lanzo. Building on the summary of the experimental application of Zhineng Qigong at the Lanzo Rehabilitation Center, a rehabilitation class was organized. Among the participants, the longest history of drug use was 10 years.

The vast majority were between 23 and 28 years old with 73% being unemployed. Of these, 42% had undergone compulsory rehabilitation more than twice. Faced with these people whose willpower, self-esteem, character, and humanity have been destroyed by drugs, whose internal organs are severely damaged, and who, when cravings strike, scream in pain, eat and bite uncontrollably, and even attempt suicide. The challenge is enormous.

The difficulties are truly significant. The teachers also remain fearless even in the face of danger. They developed careful plans, overcame obstacles and challenges, and continued to diligently focus on Qigong group field instruction, energy guidance, and therapy. Within 5 to 7 days, those undergoing detoxification experienced a significant improvement in symptoms such as sleep disorders, pain, palpitations, restlessness, runny nose, and nausea.

A total of 1,564 participants took part in two rounds of the 24 to 28-day rehabilitation program. The withdrawal symptoms were eliminated which reduced the various pains associated with withdrawal. Many illnesses among the drug users were cured or showed significant improvement. And most importantly, their awareness was strengthened which gave them the courage and confidence to break away from the past and start a new life.

Zhineng Qigong has proven to be exceptionally effective in addressing this global challenge.

What was Dr. Pang Ming's leadership philosophy at the Huaxia center?

Through 10 years of perseverance and dedication, we have established a comprehensive foundation for training, rehabilitation, and scientific research, developed a well-structured management system, and trained tens of thousands of core team members. In the early days of the school's founding in 1988, there were only 23 staff members and just over 300 students. Today, we have more than 600 staff members and can accommodate 60 to over 100 classes of various levels and types at the same time. From March to December, the average number of students on campus is about 4,000 while in peak months.

It can reach up to 7,000. The rehabilitation center is a medical facility that uses zhineng qigong as its main method for healing and recovery. The school is located in Shikovu, Fengron County, Lang City, Hibbe Province on the former site of the sixth Air Force barracks. It mainly admits patients with various illnesses who are still able to participate in Qigong classes and training.

The training center serves as an educational unit. The campus is located in Wuang Bao, Dujanguang Township, Funing County, Chinuang Dao City, Herby Province on the former site of the 408 Naval Hospital. The faculty and the training departments offer a variety of specialized courses aimed at training zhineng qigong practitioners at different levels. The training department organizes consultant and instructor courses which are responsible for training Zhineng Qigong trainers at various levels.

The Qigong practitioner class is organized jointly with the Havaii Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and aims to train talents who are capable of independently conducting rehabilitation courses or opening Qigong clinics. Faculty department. The faculty class is specifically designed to train Zhineng Qigong professionals at the university level, both for the center itself and for the broader community at large. The class for extraordinary abilities was established in October 1994 to disseminate the theory and systematic methods of extraordinary intelligence, promote practical applications of extraordinary abilities and cultivate exceptional talents.

The advanced training class has trained 42 leaders from Zhineng Qigong organizations as well as mid-level managers representing the center from 25 provinces and cities. The program elevates participants to a higher level in four key aspects. Theoretical understanding, awareness, standardized movements, unified methods, physical and mental well-being, as well as extraordinary abilities. The summer teacher-student class is a rehabilitation and training program specifically designed for teachers and students who are currently enrolled as students.

This summer, the center organized a training for the development of extraordinary intelligence for 14 children aged 8 to 11, as well as for 10 middle school students aged 13 to 18. Each of them completed a 7-day intensive training focused on rapid calculation. The children's class recited 46-digit numbers forwards and backwards. The middle school class reached 54 to 64 digits.

Some participants also developed the ability to recognize playing cards and read characters while blindfolded. The distance learning department is responsible for processing and providing books and teaching materials on Zhineng Qigong science and also oversees distance education at the university level for nearly 10,000 people. The Zhineng Qigong Research Institute plans scientific research projects, coordinates public relations, and provides cooperative guidance. It summarizes research findings and teaches professors.

The visiting professor at the institute and senior engineer at the Yellow River Second Hospital, Joe Yuching, contracted hepatitis in 1977. After suffering from the illness for more than a decade, practicing and studying Zhineng Qigong helped him overcome the disease and regain his vitality. A significant scientific research project he led successfully filled a crucial gap in our country and was deservedly awarded the first prize for scientific and technological progress. His initial groundbreaking research on the profound effects of Zhineng Qigong, external qiand on the technical rate of the radioactive isotope 133 attracted the considerable attention of the broader scientific community and many relevant leaders.

Associate Professor Guo Ping Xiang from Northeastern University together with teachers from the research institute conducted experiments on the effects of the Qigong field on gamma rays within the field as well as experiments on electrical conductivity through the human body. The research showed that the Qi field of Zhineng Qigong has a certain influence and effect on gamma rays. Since the beginning of this year, the staff of the institute have also conducted remarkable experiments on the transformation of hunyuan Qi into light, magnetism, electricity and heat. Hunyuan can sensitize photographic film, magnetize stainless steel spoons, recharge depleted batteries, and increase the temperature in incubators among other effects.

These experiments have achieved groundbreaking progress. The central secretariat serves as the daily administrative body of the cent's leadership, coordinating the work of the various departments and ensuring that all tasks within the center are completed. The cent's financial work has been managed excellently and received an award from the Hawaii provincial department of education. The administrative and main offices are the logistical support units of the center supporting teaching, rehabilitation, research and daily life.

Over the past 10 years, the center has gradually acquired 50 televisions, 65 cassette recorders, six video cameras, two editing stations, 13 computers of various models, as well as X-ray machines, electroc cardioraphs, stometers, and audiometers, which essentially meets the cent's need. 10 years ago, the Sijajang Center had to rely on military and local guest houses for accommodation. Today, it has enough beds for 7,000 people, is equipped with modern kitchen technology, and has its own fleet of vehicles. There are also shops, a tailor, a bath house, a photo studio, a post and telecommunications office, a savings bank, a laundry, a hair salon, a bakery, a tofu factory, and a maintenance team.

so that teachers and students are fully provided for in terms of food, accommodation, transportation, and daily necessities. The center has gradually established and refined a system of target responsibility for each position as well as various management systems and has compiled these into manuals for management and staff. These have played an enormous role in holistically improving the quality and capabilities of the staff. In the past 10 years since its founding, school has directly trained more than 310,000 students including over 2,000 international friends.

Today, they are the core force of the Zhineng Qigong practitioners who are spread throughout the country. Through 10 years of dedicated trial and unwavering perseverance, a strong, united and dynamic leadership team has been built along with a dedicated and capable staff. The center operates under a system of director responsibility led by the general party branch. All members of the leadership team are experiencedmembers of the communist party.

The director of the center and secretary of the general party branch is teacher Pang Ming. The executive deputy director, Shanghai Yuan, was formerly the deputy commander of a military unit. And the executive deputy party secretary, Pangpangfi, was also a deputy commander and is a nationally recognized war hero. The deputy party secretary, Hao Hibang, was formerly a member of the standing committee of the party committee of the city of Xiwang and secretary of the discipline inspection commission.

The deputy director Pang Guang Jin is the director of the Ciwang workers sanatorium and the deputy director Ha Yi was formerly an instructor at a military academy. These colleagues not only possess outstanding character, leadership skills and management experience but also have a solid foundation in the theory and practice of intelligent Qigong. Teacher Pong Ming is both the head of the party and government leadership team and the creator of JZhineng Qigong. Nevertheless, he never presents himself as a master or spiritual leader above others.

Instead, as a scientific associate of the party, he always adheres to the high standards of a member of the Communist Party and treats all teachers and students with equality and camaraderie. At the center, regardless of position or rank, everyone is simply addressed as teacher. Essentially, the center is a private educational institution, and teacher Pang could have easily become a millionaire. However, he has stipulated that everything at the center belongs to the collective.

All income he earns from teaching and lectures outside the center, as well as all his royalties before 1997, are handed over to the centers financial administration. Every cent is used exclusively for the development of the cause. Waste or luxury is strictly forbidden. He is a person of upright character and integrity.

He leads a simple life, holds himself to the highest standards and enjoys the deep respect of the committee members, all party members as well as the entire faculty and student body. He has been recognized multiple times as an outstanding party member and exemplary worker. A provisional party cell was established as early as the founding of the school. In 1992, under the leadership of the party committee of the Pingua City Education Committee, a general party cell was established.

Teacher Pang insists that Chiang organizations must strengthen the leadership of the party. He has clearly pointed out that the fundamental task of the party organization is to set the right direction, maintain the correct line, and focus on ideological and political work. The center has always paid close attention to strengthening the organizational and ideological development of the party and consistently adheres to the party's system of one lesson and three meetings. Each party unit regularly holds weekly group meetings, monthly branch activities and every 3 months significant activities for the entire cell in addition to regular party training sessions.

Teacher Pang has personally given more than 10 party lectures covering topics such as steadfastly maintaining faith in communism and theintegration of Zhineng Qigong into the communist ideological system, the recognition of Zhineng Qigong as a pioneering science and as part of the party's cause as well as other topics. He also invited experts from Tanzhin and other universities who specialize in the study of the history of the Marxist Leninist Party to impart party knowledge to the staff of the center. Eight new party members were admitted. The various organizational activities of the center are well established and have never been interrupted.

At the beginning of each semester, a temporary group is formed for the party members among the course participants. Weekly life meetings are held and a summary is conducted at the end of the semester. As a result, the experienced party members who come to the center to study are deeply moved. In November 1996, the Pingua News Agency submitted a report to the central authorities highlighting the center as a community which values party work and proactively supports the party.

The center has implemented a highly voluntary and self-motivated talent-based salary and appointment system. The vast majority of employees are either beneficiaries of Zhineng Qigong, people who are dedicated to Zhineng Qigong or students who stayedon after attending training courses. They have a deep affection for and a profound understanding of Zhineng Qigong. They all share a common belief.

By doing their work well, healing others and doing good for others, they themselves cultivate greater abilities and virtues. Here they contribute during the eight working hours and also devote themselves to service outside of those eight hours. Here the joy of helping others and serving with a heartfelt smile comes naturally. It is intentional and it is sincere.

Here among Zhineng Qigong practitioners, it has become a habit to maintain modest standardsin daily life and to set high expectations for oneself at work. Here, no one worries about food or clothing. No one argues about compensation, and there isn't even anyone who smokes or drinks alcohol. Teachers at the rehabilitation center such as Liu Jing Xyang, Xiao Zuayan, and Lu Huyang have put aside their own families and loved ones who need their care.

They selflessly and wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to their work all year round. Treating the students as if they were their own family, they actively help them solve their real life difficulties and even support students from poor backgrounds with their own personal savings accumulated through great frugality. For those with serious illnesses, they will often organize group energy healing sessions, which sometimes last very late into the night. When students offer them gifts or red envelopes in gratitude, they always politely decline.

Even when they face various difficulties within their own families, they bear these burdens in complete silence without complaint or any regret whatsoever. Director Tian Yuan Hen of the Paying Institute was originally a senior physician of Western Internal Medicine at a hospital. However, when he realized that Western medicine was powerless against cancer and other serious illnesses while Zhineng Qigong was producing numerous healing miracles, he resolutely left his well-paid position of over a decade to join the center. He works diligently, immerses himself deeply in his field, compiles materials on Qigong anatomy and physiology, and writes scientific research papers.

Although the work is hard and exhausting, he always feels an inexhaustible source of energy. Li Hong Xi, director of the training department and Xiaiasang, director of the faculty department, approach their work with dedication and a strong sense of responsibility. For many years, they have selflessly dedicated themselves day after day and have been recognized as outstanding party members. Dr.

Liu Yume from the training institute has saved the lives of critically ill patients on three separate occasions through mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Once in her haste, she even swallowed mucus because she had no time to spit it out. This moved the patients families to tears. With such a dedicated and committed team, idealistic, ethical, competent, disciplined, and exceptionally capable, the smooth and efficient operation of training, rehabilitation, and research tasks is fully guaranteed.

The center has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results. It has been recognized multiple times as an outstanding community in the field of private education in the city of Busin Guangda and by the education committee of Hebby province. In a report to the relevant leaders, Chiui, vice president and secretary general of the China Chiong Science Research Association, pointed out that Zhineng Qigong should serve as a model within the Chiong community. To broaden our horizons and reach for even greater new heights, we must continue to rise.

When we look back on the brilliant achievements of the past, we come to realize that the road ahead is filled with great responsibility and the solemn promises that have already been made. The practitioners of Zhineng Qigong hold high the great banner of Dang Xiaoing theory, unite closely around the party central committee with comrade Jang Zamin at its core, work together with courage and innovative spirit, and make even greater contributions to the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to the overall well-being of the people. Let us bring the science of Zhineng Qigong onto the world stage. Let us create a new culture for humanity and propelled by the wind and breaking through the waves, move forward bravely and resolutely.

Who Was Dr. Pang Ming?

Prof. Dr. Pang Ming is a Qigong Grandmaster, physician, and the creator of Zhineng Qigong — the most widely practiced Qigong system in China. Trained in both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine, he dedicated his life to establishing Qigong as a rigorous science rather than a mystical tradition, synthesizing decades of study into a structured therapeutic system that could be taught, measured, and replicated at scale.

Biography & Training

Born in 1940 in Hebei Province, Pang Ming began practicing Daoist and folk Qigong at the age of six. Over the course of his life, he studied under 19 Grandmasters, absorbing the breadth of traditional Qigong knowledge that had been preserved in secrecy for centuries. He pursued formal medical education at two of China's most respected institutions: Western Medicine at the Beijing Medical College and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Beijing Chinese Medical Association. This dual training gave him a rare perspective — the analytical rigor of Western diagnostics and the holistic framework of TCM — that would later become the foundation of Zhineng Qigong. Few practitioners in history have combined such depth in both conventional medicine and the traditional energy arts, and this convergence of disciplines is what made the Huaxia Center's evidence-based approach possible.

The Creation of Zhineng Qigong

In 1979, Pang Ming founded the Beijing Qigong Association, helping to bring Qigong into the public sphere. Throughout the 1980s, he synthesized his training in Western medicine, TCM, and the traditional Qigong forms he had learned from his 19 teachers into a single, coherent system: Zhineng Qigong — meaning "wisdom capability" Qigong. Crucially, he made previously secretive teachings available to the general public, developing a standardized curriculum that could be taught at scale. This was a radical departure from the centuries-old tradition of passing Qigong only to select students behind closed doors, and it would prove essential to the founding of the Huaxia Center.

Teacher Pang Ming has harmoniously integrated the rational elements of traditional Qigong theories… by integrating modern scientific achievements.

Publications

Pang Ming authored 14 books aimed at establishing Qigong as a legitimate science. Two are particularly significant: The Methods of Zhineng Qigong Science, which served as the textbook for the Huaxia clinic's healing programs, and The Theory of Hunyuan Whole Entity, which laid out the theoretical framework of Hunyuan Qi. Several of his works have been translated into English, making his system accessible to an international audience. After the closure of the Huaxia Center, Dr. Pang Ming chose to step back from public teaching. He continues his Zhineng Qigong research, practice, and writing near Beijing today.

"Mastery of Qi is really achieved through mastery of consciousness. We use consciousness in a careful, craftsman-like way, to shape our life, to attain our goals. If we use modern terminology to name this process, we call it Qigong."

~ Prof. Dr. Pang Ming, Founder of Zhineng Qigong

The Huaxia Clinic & Training Center

The Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Clinic & Training Center was established in 1988 near Beijing. What began as a modest facility grew into a sprawling complex that became known informally as "Zhineng Qigong City" — a self-contained community in the Beijing countryside dedicated entirely to the practice, teaching, and research of Zhineng Qigong. At its peak, the center employed more than 760 teachers across three divisions: the Qigong Training Center, the Healing & Recovery Center, and the Research Center.

The teachers came from many different parts of China. Some had first joined as patients, arriving with serious illnesses and recovering through the program; inspired by their own healing, they went on to complete teacher training so they could help others. Others joined because they had witnessed the recovery of a family member, or simply because the practice resonated deeply with them and they wished to pursue it for their own well-being while teaching in the process.

The Closure

The Huaxia Center voluntarily closed between 1999 and 2001, when the Chinese government issued strict new regulations governing large-scale Qigong organizations. Rather than resist the regulations or compromise the integrity of his system, Dr. Pang Ming chose to close the center to remain compliant. He stepped back from public teaching and continues his research quietly near Beijing today. The closure was not a repudiation of the center's work but a response to a shifting regulatory landscape — one that affected Qigong organizations across China during this period.

Programs and Curriculum: The 24-Day Retreat

The foundational program at the Huaxia Center was a 24-day healing retreat, and its structure was highly regimented. The center operated on a monthly cycle: patient check-ins occurred strictly between the 2nd and 4th of each month, and the core retreat ran from the 5th to the 28th — a full 24 days of intensive practice, theory, and treatment. After each cohort completed the program, teachers had a short break before the next group arrived. The center closed for approximately one and a half months each year during the Chinese New Year.

The first eight to ten days of the retreat were devoted to teaching the characteristics of Zhineng Qigong, Hunyuan Qi theory, the use of the mind's consciousness, and the core methods. Each theory class lasted approximately two and a half to three hours. All students were taught Hold Qi Up and Pour Qi Down, Three Centers Merge, and La Qi. In later years, Chen Qi was added to the curriculum. A longer, more intensive 50-day program was also offered, which covered the same foundational material in greater depth and added components of the Body and Mind method.

Admissions and Costs

Patients paid directly for their tuition and a bed, while food was purchased on a per-meal basis. This kept the center financially accessible and aligned with its non-profit mission. The daily schedule began at 6:00 am during summer — slightly later in winter — with breakfast at 7:30, morning class at 8:30, lunch at noon, and afternoon classes from 2:00 pm until dinner at 6:00. Evening sessions ran from 7:30 to 8:30, and students frequently continued practicing on their own afterward. From 9:00 to 10:00, teachers visited students' rooms to deliver Fa Qi — Hunyuan Qi Therapy treatment — to those who needed targeted work. Teachers rarely retired before 11:00 at night.

"Our consciousness is refined so that the state of our energy in our body improves. This then leads to vibrant health, new vitality, a harmonious body and mind and a keener life."

~ Prof. Dr. Pang Ming, Founder of Zhineng Qigong

Since neither western nor chinese medicine could help me, I began my journey to fight cancer with Qigong… But the more I practiced, the more I noticed a slight improvement. And little by little, I began to feel a bit more confident.

The Science and Results

The Huaxia Center's most extraordinary claim was its 95% overall effectiveness rate — a figure derived not from self-reported outcomes but from Western diagnostic instruments. Over thirteen years, the center treated more than 300,000 patients and published over 3,000 scientific papers, making it one of the most extensively documented Qigong institutions in history.

The Scale

Over its thirteen years of operation, the center treated more than 300,000 patients suffering from 180 different diseases. The conditions ranged from chronic degenerative illnesses to acute disorders. The highest-volume conditions — including diabetes, deafness, heart problems, high blood pressure, neurological disorders, and joint diseases — warranted their own dedicated classes, allowing teachers to concentrate experience and refine methods for each category. In the early years, only two specialized classes were offered: one for the deaf and one for diabetes. In 1993, the curriculum expanded to include heart problems, high blood pressure, brain function and neurological disorders, skeletal and joint illnesses, and gall bladder and kidney stones. More than 3,000 scientific papers were published in China documenting the effects of Zhineng Qigong, spanning human biology, agricultural crop yields, and the physics of Qi fields.

The 95% Effectiveness Rate

The center's most cited achievement is its 95% overall effectiveness rate. This figure comes from a 1991 study of 7,936 patients, conducted using Western diagnostic instruments — including EKGs, ultrasounds, and X-rays — administered upon entry to and exit from the program. The results were categorized as follows:

  • Cured (15.20%) — symptoms eliminated, diagnostic instruments returned to normal
  • Very Effective (37.68%) — significant improvement confirmed by instruments
  • Effective (42.09%) — measurable improvement
  • Non-Effective (5.00%) — no measurable change

The use of Western diagnostic tools to measure outcomes was central to Pang Ming's approach: he wanted the results to be verifiable by the standards of conventional medicine, not merely self-reported by patients. This commitment to measurable outcomes set the Huaxia Center apart from other Qigong institutions and gave its findings a credibility that resonated beyond the Qigong community.

On the 1st of April… they came to the rehabilitation department… On the 26th of April, just 26 days later, an ultrasound examination at the 48th Naval Hospital showed no abnormalities in the liver.

The Legacy Today: Master Yuantong Liu & Britta Stalling

After the closure of the Huaxia Center, the Teachers of Prof. Dr. Pang Ming spread across the world to continue sharing the theories, practices, and methods from the medicineless hospital. Master Yuantong Liu carried this direct lineage to the West.

Master Yuantong Liu studied and worked at the Huaxia center from June 1992 until its closure in 2001. He taught the 24-day healing retreats in the first Healing Center — the original Medicineless Hospital — guiding patients through the same structured program described above. He also worked in the administrative office of "Zhineng Qigong City," the sprawling complex in the Beijing countryside, giving him a comprehensive view of both the clinical and organizational dimensions of the center's operation.

Together with Britta Stalling, he founded the Hunyuan Qi Therapy Program, translating the curriculum of the medicineless hospital into an international certification program. The program continues the research tradition of the Huaxia Center, tracking outcomes across a global community of certified coaches. Through the program, the methods developed and refined at the medicineless hospital — Hold Qi Up and Pour Qi Down, Three Centers Merge, La Qi, Chen Qi, and the Body and Mind method — are taught to new generations of practitioners and therapists. To explore the full certification path, visit the program overview or learn more about the founders.

PODCAST SPOTLIGHT

READ THE PODCAST TRANSCRIPT: THE 5 TECHNICAL SKILLS OF HEALING

What techniques were used at the famous medicineless hospital, the Huaxia Center of Dr. Pang? Commonly known as Hunyuan Qi therapy and based on Zhineng Qigong science, they were key to many of the miraculous healings witnessed in those days. Together with Master Yuantong Liu, Britta Stalling has been passing on these techniques to students and teachers in the West for more than 10 years now. Let's hear what she has to say.

My name is Torsten Lueddecke and this is the Wisdom Qigong podcast. Welcome, everyone. Today, we've got Britta Stalling in our episode. It's the third time she's actually on the podcast. One was a roundtable discussion about why people heal, why some people heal and others don't. And today we've got a very exciting topic. It is actually about the techniques that were used in the first medicineless hospital, the famous Huaxia Center founded by Dr. Pang. And Britta, if I understand that correctly, these techniques are usually called Hunyuan Qi therapy. Is that so?

What is Hunyuan Qi Therapy and how does it relate to Zhineng Qigong?

So thank you for inviting me to this podcast and, yeah, supporting the listeners to dive deeper into all these exciting information. And, Hunyuan Qi Therapy, we can say is like a branch or like part of the Zhineng Qigong science system, focusing on learning and using the consciousness and Qi medicine to apply for yourself, but also if you want to support others to give Qi treatments for others. This is something we have called Hunyuan Qi Therapy so that people understand it is something you can learn. You can learn the skills, abilities, you can learn the techniques, the methods, to really be in a good position to apply Qi, consciousness medicine, for yourself or share it with others.

So, if I think of the Medicineless Hospital and the work that Dr. Pang does there and the pictures I have in mind, it's people practicing La Qi, people practicing the Lift Qi Up, people practicing the Wall Squats. So where does Hunyuan Qi therapy fit into that? Is it something that has been added to it or how should I imagine this?

So the Zhineng Qigong science system has a couple of levels of practices and, you mentioned already some practice methods from Zhineng Qigong level one, but there's also level two, level three, even up to six levels people could study, whereas in the West at the moment, it's only Zhineng Qigong level one, two, and three which is available. And the different levels exist then of methods, practices, you can learn, study, practice for yourself. And they have certain purposes like level one has the purpose to exchange the Qi of your own body with the Qi of nature. Level two focuses more on going deep inside and enhancing the quality of Qi and the Qi flow by certain practices really go deep inside your own body. Level three now focuses — it's a bit, very simple explanation — but level three now focuses on the emotional, emotions related to the inner hormone system. So the inner organs to really make the organs very strong. So that's a little bit of a simple description.

So your question, how does Hunyuan Qi therapy fit in? So in Hunyuan Qi therapy, we also practice and learn some methods, because we want to learn them to nourish our own health and well-being. And we are training now ourselves to become a health and well-being coach, also to give Qi treatments to others. In the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Centre, the medicineless hospital, when you would come

How did teachers treat patients at the Huaxia Medicineless Hospital?

as a let's say patient, you had a certain diagnosis and you would be grouped into, let's say, a group of 30 or 40 people. You would have a teacher who would now teach the methods, level one, level two, level three — I'm not certain, but level one, level two, for sure. And so that you have tools to practice by yourself, even in that center, in there, in a group environment, of course, to enhance your health and well-being.

The same time, the teachers and healers were trained to give Qi treatments. Either they were trained to influence the information field, the Qi field, to have a strong healing Qi field. I mean, normally each teacher, each healer would at least, you know, learn that and apply it. But also give individual treatments to people suffering from diverse diagnosis or illnesses. So there's a certain seven-step, let's say, protocol, how you can give a Qi treatment. And this is something the teachers and healers would do in addition to, you know, going through the methods and train with the people.

They would also have conversations where they support the people to change their mindset. So, for example, change their mindset from being a patient. First step is change your mindset to become a student of Qigong so that you shift from the situation that others would take care of you to: if you're a student, you start to own your power again and know you can learn something which then can help you, but you are the one who is controlling your health and well-being and you are the one who are learning the methods or receiving the treatment with a conscious state of, yes, I am, you know, starting a recovery journey.

Also in Hunyuan Qi therapy, we talk about the power of intentions, the power to have actually a holistic health intention, because this is the first step in healing, that you're really clear about, yes, you are able to heal yourself. What does it mean, you know, then you need to find answers, of course, in that journey, but without a powerful intention, it is more challenging actually to regain your health and well-being.

So in Hunyuan Qi Therapy we have created a, let's say, systematic approach to help people in the West understand how they worked in the medicineless hospital and what to take into consideration if you want to create your own healing journey or if you want to support others. It's quite a comprehensive, let's say, idea.

And Master Yuantong Liu, who is the founder of the Hunyuan Qi Therapy Program, together with me, he has taken the education Dr. Pang Ming has offered to people in the medicineless hospital who wanted to become a teacher, wanted to become a healer. He took the whole content and structured it in a way so that people in the West like me can more easily access it and more easily trust it and have confidence that we can apply it for ourselves and for others.

And so you mentioned Master Liu already, he and you founded the Hunyuan Qi Therapy Program, I think it's now 11 or 12 years ago or something like that. And you've trained a lot of — I think it's 250 now, 250 certified therapists, all over the world. And this program is mainly for people that have an interest, a professional interest, or as a healer, or as an alternative, a medical practitioner to use these techniques to support others.

Right? But you also have some people, you know, that are using it primarily to heal themselves and then obviously if it's working so well, use it for their friends, their family on a more casual basis. So you don't have to be a health practitioner in order to participate in the program. But the program itself is obviously quite comprehensive and it usually goes for around, you know, between 12 and 24 months depending on the different modules your students choose.

But you've also taken the essence of these teachings for everybody to understand and for everybody to apply on a, you know, on a slightly simplified version, obviously, with your Life Changer course, Hunyuan Qi Therapy Fundamentals, which is in its fifth year now. And, starting very soon. So we put a link in the show notes. So this is more for people that say, wow, this is a great concept. I want to learn more about it. But not necessarily for the people that will actually use it in their practice as an alternative healer, right?

Yes. That's, that's right. I mean, we have, we, this program is a three weeks program for 24 hours. And it really — we really thought about how can we present the fundamentals of Hunyuan Qi therapy. So to, like you say, to make it accessible for people coming with various needs or requests, or let's say life priorities. So we will actually share the fundamentals of what is actually Qi, what is Hunyuan Qi, what is Qi medicine, what is consciousness medicine, to get an understanding and maybe also to demystify it.

Master Liu is a very empowering Zhineng Qigong master where he, each time in these programs really delivers practical skills and abilities you can learn on the spot and also learn practices to understand, for example, the willpower of consciousness or how to nourish your own life force to enhance it, you know, stop depleting it. We say there are two kinds of illnesses. So what does that actually mean? And how can you then, if there are only two kinds of illnesses, how can you then, you know, use certain practices to heal them and recover from them.

But also we talk a lot about the right mindset. It often starts really with the mindset, you know, we've witnessed people who know all the tools, but because they don't have an upright, positive mindset, really trusting and believing themselves, they practice, practice, practice, and don't really see the results yet. So we talk really openly about all these ideas and share concrete practices which people can put into practice immediately. And I would say that maybe some professional practitioners, you know, after they've practiced for a while, also can share based on this online program.

Of course, the two years program, the Hunyuan Qi Therapy program in itself is set up in a way that you also receive mentoring and coaching. You can ask your questions. You work with clients. We actually now help each other.

I clearly remember 2014 when I started preparing the Hunyuan Qi Therapy program together with Master Liu. I was blessed enough to have, to support this whole initiative. I already met him in 2011, so I learned the skills and abilities in 2011. I applied them successfully, but I didn't have colleagues to ask, you know, oh, I now receive this client and he has this kind of issue. Hmm, which kind of tool or practice should I maybe share? You know, I've done now a healing session and it's completely recovered. Oh, I'm so happy. Can I share this please with somebody? So this is very important to have a network of professionals worldwide.

And now it's very interesting, especially the last one, two, three years, very seldom we need to ask Master Liu directly. When I started in 2011, 12, 13, 14, I often asked Master Liu, you know, and also actually when we had the first programs, Master Liu really was, obviously is, is still always available. But now we have a lot of wisdom in our community. So most of the times we can cover specific questions already within our community of educated, certified Hunyuan Qi therapists, which is quite profound.

And then when we have special cases, obviously we ask Master Liu or normally I am the one asking Master Liu and then spreading the news again into our community so that everybody can benefit. And that's quite profound because, to say that we have now a professional network of people around the world who bring the skills, abilities of the medicineless hospital into the world — we can really say it's true. And it's increasing year by year. It's very rewarding actually, to be part of this program and community and initiative.

We have a way you can discover Qigong. At the Zhineng Qigong Student Hub, we know that understanding Qigong is very important. And also, that Zhineng Qigong in itself has various nuances that people can't easily comprehend. So we've approached it in the style of a video game. On this page, Discover Qigong, you can select your character. So you can either be a beginner, a practitioner, or a holistic healer or self-healer, and you click on your character and it takes you to these different sections. In these sections, you can explore the nuances and when you click on a card, all of the resources pop up and we've made it really fun and not many people know about it. So if you are interested, have a look and discover Qigong.

All right. That's all very interesting, Britta, but I'd also like to know, as concrete as possible. Now, what does it include for the teacher that was at the medicineless hospital? How did they have to be, what did they do? What were the technical skills required? And maybe you can tell our listeners a little bit more about that.

Yes. Ah, that's a great question. So I remember that Master Liu was sharing with us once that at least once a month, the teachers and healers came together to actually also exchange, you know, their knowledge and skills and share in a very open heart-mind way, you know, what has worked and what didn't work. And, so let's say lessons learned and out of these discussions, Master Liu has actually developed what he calls the five technical skills,

What are the five technical skills of Hunyuan Qi Therapy?

to give a treatment, but also to receive a treatment, like for the healing process. And maybe that is interesting indeed for the listeners to learn about, because you can even, you know, work with it without coming to the Hunyuan Qi Therapy Program, but obviously in the Hunyuan Qi Therapy Program, you will go very deep in learning it, applying it, and be very confident about them.

So, the first skill is that you open your heart and mind that next to the natural principles of life and evolving, life evolving principles, there are also consciousness principles. And that human beings have the ability to strengthen their conscious abilities and enhance their conscious abilities to give a treatment, but also to receive a treatment based on Hunyuan Qi therapy. So that you are in a position to change the disease information and the state of the disease having the impact on your physical body into, let's say, a consciousness, a healthy abilities and function of your body.

So that we are really working based on the three level of substances, which Dr. Pang Ming has created a whole philosophy upon, including the information substance level, the energy substance level, and the physical matter substance level. We understand we, the combination and how it's all related and how we can use our conscious consciousness to transform then an illness state into a healthy state. So that's the first thing.

Let me see whether I understood that. So, what you are saying here is,

How does consciousness medicine heal the physical body?

we have an, I think you said something like the way things evolve anyway. So say I'm a tree and I'm standing there as a tree and I get disease because I've got some, parasites or something on my leaves. And then, the way things are, tree will try to heal itself but without any conscious direction. It's just what the tree does. If I get infected as a tree, I try to heal myself. But this is not a conscious decision for the tree, it is just, you know, what the tree does.

Now what you are saying is that as human beings, because we have a consciousness, conscious consciousness, we can actually use that to, to, interfere in a way and to say, okay, wait a tick. I can see now, for example, I have this, you know, problem with my skin or whatever, and I can use my consciousness to redirect the information and out of the information, you know, my skin has a problem. I use my consciousness to give the information: my skin is healthy, which is obviously supporting, you know, all of my being to get to the healthy state. Is that what you're saying? You know, I'm just trying to put in everyday language here. Or did I miss something?

Okay. No, it's brilliant. And actually, I would like to build on what you've shared to give you a very concrete example. So everybody has the experience to maybe cut the finger, right? By accident, something happens and we have a small wound in our finger. So we put a plaster around and in a natural way, the skin has the ability to grow together. And we don't even pay attention. And two or three hours later, we take the plaster out again, or pull it away, and we see, oh, beautiful, the skin is, you know, almost like normal. Maybe just, we see a little scratch, but it's almost like normal.

So now imagine, and I share now a real experience I had with one of our Hunyuan Qi Therapy participants. A few years ago, we were together in the training and she did a hike and she came back with a wound in her leg, in her calf area leg. So above, above the heel, above the foot, foot actually. And we had a full training day and she was then, and after the training day, we were sitting together, we were sharing. Actually, a glass of beer, even, and then she said, oh, I had this hike, but I hurt myself and look at my wound and we both looked at each other and said, okay, let's give a Qi treatment.

That's now a perfect opportunity to practice and just do it. So we would then, you know, give a Qi treatment. We would agree to do that now, in that moment, put our beer aside, close our eyes, and then follow the steps Master Yuantong Liu has taught us in the program. So first we would close our eyes, we would organize the Qi field, we would really connect what we say heart to heart, mind to mind, our consciousness together, really building one field and expanding into the space, then collecting, gathering Qi, and then scanning, and then do Fa Qi.

So we would send holistic health information into that area, but we are not — that's another skill — we are not connecting with the wound now, with the illness itself or the issue. We would connect with the skin is healthy and our mind is trained that we go inside. That's another skill. We are not like on the surface, on the skin. We go into the skin, into the area, and together we collected, gathered Qi and did Fa Qi for a while, and repeated the process.

That's another skill. Master Yuantong Liu has shared with us that we repeat sending abundant, good, upright, healthy information again and again and again in circle until it's done. Until we feel there's a shift, there's a transformation. Actually, we can sense that actually. And both of us sensed it and after a few minutes, 10 minutes of giving a treatment to her leg, and we opened our eyes, and we were literally shocked.

Like the yellow part, it was like, I don't know the English word, when the wound is starting to have fluid, you know, this getting maybe an infection, completely gone, so it was dry, her skin was dry, and it shrinked. So it was not completely gone, but it shrank, the area of the wound shrank, it was smaller, the fluid was like, disappeared, and we could clearly see it's done, I mean, the rest she could do by herself, and it, so it was, the next morning already better and better until completely healed.

So sometimes to me it's still, I mean, I'm, I'm, I have a complete different background, you know, I came to Zhineng Qigong going, let's say, by coincidence. Obviously looking back, it was not a coincidence. I had a powerful intention to prevent myself from illness. And a colleague recommended me to try Zhineng Qigong. It's still to me, it's still to me, it's still to me, magic. Which should not be magic because it is actually something each human being has the potential, the abilities.

Each normal person can learn this and apply it. Children have much faster access to this idea because we've done children workshops and they are very fast in applying it successfully. Adults, what we need to do is we need to actually let go of frames of information we've collected and I come to another very important technical skill which is transforming the traditional knowledge.

Can Zhineng Qigong overcome traditional medical diagnoses?

or let's say separate our consciousness from the traditional knowledge. Like western medicine says, Parkinson cannot be healed, MS cannot be healed, ALS cannot be healed, certain eye disease like macular degeneration cannot be healed. Okay, so what do you do now if you get this diagnosis from your doctor and he says, sorry, I diagnosed you with Parkinson, oh my god, I'm gonna die. Right, because they don't have medicine to heal it. They can only slow it down.

But now there's such a Zhineng Qigong system who says, yes, there's hope because yes, there is potential to heal. There's not a promise that you can heal yourself because that again is a bit more comprehensive and can be also complex because like these ideas, you know, we invite you now to overcome the Western medicine knowledge that it cannot be healed.

And now we offer some practices and say, yeah, you can open your heart and mind, change your mindset, only nourish positive, upright, healthy thoughts, learn how to apply your consciousness, apply Qi therapy for yourself, learn the methods. So you have practices each day like with a diagnosis like Parkinson's or MS or any kind of chronic disease. We, the Zhineng Qigong masters actually say, please practice three to four hours a day.

That alone, you know, some, I've met many people who say, I can't, I have a busy lifestyle, sorry. And I go like that, okay, then maybe Zhineng Qigong is not for you, please, you know, look further and find another way. But for this kind of condition, we have enough examples now, also in the West, where I actually point people to and say, speak to this woman or man who has overcome this symptoms by dedicated practice.

Some only practice two hours a day for a year, other practice three or four hours a day for a year. But the result is with applying all these different ideas we have put together in a book now too, so people can read the book and, you know, apply these ideas. But the willingness to apply, that's also one technical skill that, yeah, you, you need to really believe and trust in your own healing intention.

That's really very important. That you go beyond what maybe other people say, you know, a doctor can actually say one strong sentence, which literally kills you because you believe the doctor, because the doctor said, sorry, you know, we cannot cure yourself. And very seldom, I also witnessed that once where a doctor said, sorry, we cannot help you. But, find a Qigong master. That was really, really, gives me still goosebumps when that person then sat in our workshop and started to heal from a very sincere diagnosis of cancer. So, and then maybe one other idea is, people can consider that the consciousness doesn't

Why is intention more important than the healing process?

pay attention to the process, but really focuses on the end result. And that is also something which we in the West, we need to really, how do you say that? Unlearn certain things in our mind, because we are trained in processes. We are trained, you know, in action and in step by step. But here we say, you know, become clear about your healing intention and trust and believe that it is manifesting in that specific moment based on your practice, based on opening your heart and mind, based on applying all these skills, it will happen.

It's already happening. It's already the result of your intention. Like we could say the intention equals the result. That's quite a, a new concept for many, many people. But that's also like the, why I'm never bored with Qigong and I practice in Hunyuan Qi therapy. I practice since 2005. We brought the Hunyuan Qi Therapy program into the world in 2015, starting with the first generation. And I still feel I can learn so much because it's really inspiring each day again and again to go deeper with this material. So it's never boring. Sure.

It's all very fascinating, Britta. I'm very grateful to have you here so that you explain all these things. And with the last point in particular, I'm reminded that, when people came to the Huaxia Center and were welcomed by the teachers and Dr. Pang, the message was always, you are already healthy. So they, they were always focusing on the health result. They did not see a sick person coming. They saw a healthy person coming. Right? And this is what you meant by don't focus on the process, focus on the end result. Because our, our body is so powerful, the Qi is so powerful, they know, the Qi and the body knows what to do. We just have to give them the direction to the end result so that it can act upon it.

And, so yeah, so that's great that you share all these techniques because that is what is, what was happening at the Huaxia Center at the Medicineless Hospital. This is how the teachers would work with the patients.

And you just mentioned that you have just finished a book and I know about that. I think it was only published like six weeks ago. So it's very fresh. Here we go. For those who have a camera, they can see it. What is it called? Ancient Chinese Qi Medicine. The secrets to holistic health, well-being and modern life. Yes, you have written this book together with Master Liu or basically it, the input comes from him because he was at the Huaxia Center for many, many years. Do you know how many years he's, he's been there? Yes, he was actually working there for 10 years. So he did the two years, rigorous training, directly with Dr. Pang Ming, and then, worked there for eight years with, thousands of patients, we could say.

And to build on, I would just like to share one thing, because when you said, yeah, they welcomed all the people already with haola. So I remember Master Liu once sharing that, you know, they would write down the details of the person arriving and whenever the person shared something in their mind, haola, haola. Now, Master Liu also shared that with us. Like when we are receiving an email of a person requesting support in their health and well-being journey, already receiving that email, we say haola.

When we have the phone call or a Zoom call, we have a haola mindset or Hunyuan Lingtong mindset. And this is really something people can experience. I had a 30 minutes consultation call the other day. And the person next day was confronted with a quite a challenge and could share with me that based on the consultation and the small practice I shared, she was better off, you know. So it's like really applying simple things, you know, when you meet a person, be in the haola state. When you go on a traveling and you, you know, meet some people you don't even know, you know, you can always be in the haola state. That's already quite high level practice and, good benefits for everybody involved.

I do want to come back to the book though, because, in Zhineng Qigong, a lot of the literature is not so easy approachable for us in the West. It's quite complex and it's been written in a difficult language. Now, what Master Liu has done here by cooperating with you, he said, okay, we share the knowledge. He obviously shares the experience, because he has been at the medicineless hospital for so many years, but we, we, we make it in a way that is easy for people to understand. So he's taken the essence of these 10 years and what he's learned there about Hunyuan Qi therapy.

And you guys have brought it together in the book and I've read some of the reviews. It's, really an, an incredible book and I can only encourage people that have an interest, you know, to, to, you know, to look into it and see whether this could be something for you to learn the basics here. Actually, it's not just the, I mean, it's more than the basics because this book has many, many pages. So I think it's quite comprehensive. So for anybody who's got an interest, you know, go out and see what you can learn.

Yeah, it has 300 pages and you're completely right. We structured it in a way that it represents also the Hunyuan Qi Therapy program and all this knowledge Master Liu has, but also practical ideas. So we have combined, let's say the theories in a very accessible way. So people can really understand it and then put methods, practices, insights, meditations, poems. So to make it a little bit more, yeah, digestible and the feedback we've been receiving is actually really encouraging, and motivating because people, you know, write to us that, yeah, they have the, all the theory books at home too, but with this book, they, they, they find it more and they can better understand. Yeah. So very happy that people can benefit from it.

So have we missed any, I mean, obviously if you're offering a two year program, there's a lot to talk about, but we don't have two years here. We've got a limited time. Is there anything you would like our listeners, to add to our listeners when you, when we think about Hunyuan Qi Therapy, anything that you feel like, oh, we shouldn't forget to address this point.

Yes. I think an important aspect of Hunyuan Qi Therapy is, and also to Zhineng Qigong science, is actually to have tools and methods to more open the heart and mind for new information, for new beginnings, for new possibilities, for new potential. Because if you're in a situation that you maybe have experienced trauma or you have now a diagnosis by the doctor. Very often, you know, the heart is shrinking and you are in fear, you are in worries, you don't really know what to do next and where to find support if you're even open for support. And Hunyuan Qi Therapy and Zhineng Qigong science helps you to open the heart and mind to be open for support and be open for the potential and possibility.

Life is never promising anything. But my, my understanding of how I now came to Zhineng Qigong, and I've studied and practiced it now for so many years, that, life indeed gives us new potential and opportunities and new beginnings, even in very, hopeless situations, you know, there can always be hope. And, I would say that, maybe it's a closing word that, yeah, getting the book can be a first step that you read page by page and you find suddenly, you know, your heart is opening up and you go like, yeah, I didn't think about that. Oh, maybe I should, you know, go out and find somebody who can help me practice something, you know, that I take.

My health in my own hands again, that I regain control or I find a coach. It can be an energy therapist, yes, but maybe it can also be a coach who helps me to, you know, to let's say open my mind and find new lifestyle decisions which are supportive in my life and not depleting my life. So let's say find the support of experts. You do not need to do this alone. I think that is, I have had the blessing of so many mentors, coaches, trainers, who helped me to grow and evolve and progress in many ways. And that is, I think the blessing in life to know you're not alone on this journey. And if you feel alone, then it's time to open up your heart and, and, and reach out to people who have maybe certain skills and they are happily sharing them with you.

So yeah, why not be more curious? Be more curious to, to investigate, you know, what life, what else life has to offer.

I, I know the words, what kind of closing words, but I would like to add something here because you use some beautiful words and that was open, open to the possibility. And I want to use these words because, and then go back a little in our conversation when you said, yeah, that people would arrive at the Huaxia center, you know, diagnosed terminal illnesses, for example, and then they are welcomed by people they say that say you're already healthy. Now, a lot of people with a rational mind would say, what are they talking about? I've got this diagnosis here. I can hardly move. So rather, and for those people that cannot simply just switch completely, I think this creates an opening here. If they say, okay, maybe this is what I feel now. Maybe this is what I've been told by the doctor, but I'm open for the possibility that there is healing and, because that is something else than saying I'm already healthy, but it's, I think it's, it's a, it's a starting point for many people to say, I'm open to this possibility and I'm going to embrace it fully.

Because as you said earlier, also, there are no promises because it's as any disease is a complex thing and there might be a trauma history or, or some, some poison in our environment that's all contributing to everything. So there are so many factors, so there are no promises, but there is the possibility and to be open to that already is a good step towards total health. If I spoke nonsense, please correct me. Otherwise I have the closing word today. That's okay.

No, that's perfectly fine. No, that's really a great way to inspire, you know, maybe that's also like with these kind of podcasts we would like to inspire people to find new ways and yeah, that's very good. Cool. Thank you. So all links will obviously be in the show notes. So there is the life changer program on the Hunyuan Qi therapy fundamentals starting in the next few days. So check that out. We've got the link to the book and obviously also to the Hunyuan Qi therapy program if anybody's interested and would like to follow up there.

Now thank you very much, Britta. It was a pleasure to have you on the show again and yeah, I hope you'll have a fantastic evening and I'll see you soon. Thank you very much, Torsten. Thank you to all the listeners. Haola! We trust you enjoyed this conversation and we invite you to subscribe to our podcast so we can stay in touch and notify you. We will end today's episode with the eight verses meditation performed by Zhineng Qigong teacher Katrien Hendrickx. Enjoy. Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Prof. Dr. Pang Ming?

Prof. Dr. Pang Ming is a Qigong Grandmaster and doctor born in 1940 in Hebei Province. He studied Western Medicine at the Beijing Medical College and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Beijing Chinese Medical Association, and trained under 19 Qigong Grandmasters from childhood. He founded the Beijing Qigong Association in 1979, created Zhineng Qigong in the 1980s, and established the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Clinic & Training Center in 1988. He authored 14 books, including The Methods of Zhineng Qigong Science and The Theory of Hunyuan Whole Entity, and continues his research near Beijing today.

What was the effectiveness rate of the medicineless hospital?

The Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Clinic & Training Center treated over 300,000 patients with 180 different diseases, achieving an overall effectiveness rate of 95%. This figure comes from a 1991 study of 7,936 patients measured with Western diagnostic instruments (EKGs, ultrasounds, X-rays): 15.20% were cured, 37.68% showed very effective results, 42.09% showed effective results, and 5% showed no measurable change.

What is the medicineless hospital?

The medicineless hospital was the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Clinic & Training Center, established in 1988 near Beijing by Prof. Dr. Pang Ming. It focused on activating self-healing abilities through Qi (life-force energy) rather than conventional medicine. The center voluntarily closed between 1999 and 2001 when the Chinese government issued new regulations on large-scale Qigong organizations. Dr. Pang Ming chose to close the center to remain compliant and continues his research quietly near Beijing. More than 3,000 research papers were published on this work in China.

How is the medicineless hospital connected to Hunyuan Qi Therapy today?

Master Yuantong Liu studied and worked at the Huaxia center from June 1992 until its closure in 2001, teaching the 24-day healing retreats in the first Healing Center. He carried this direct lineage to the West and, together with Britta Stalling, founded the Hunyuan Qi Therapy Program, continuing the work of the Huaxia Center through an international certification program.
